The Board is comprised of 7 members elected from the General Assembly with the Executive Director who is an ex-officio member. The Board provides an oversight role to implement and execute policies, fundraise, recruit key staff, approve annual plans and budgets, and advice the Secretariat as needed. It reports to the General Assembly held every year.
